Correction to earlier post

Several posts ago I wrote about a large settlement that FedEx entered into. Part of the case involved a challenge to their promotional exam.

In this post I identified the test in question as PSI's Basic Skills Test. This was incorrect. According to representatives from PSI, a testifying expert in the case confirmed that the test being used was not from PSI. In fact, no PSI product has ever been successfully challenged in a legal proceeding.

I sincerely apologize about the error. PSI has a reputation as being a reputable organization that offers high quality instruments. In fact, they are one of the few companies whose products I routinely recommend to customers.
